Rostima Opens New IT Development Centre in Kuala Lumpur

Rostima recognised the need to develop its product and has recently opened a new IT development centre in Kuala Lumpur to support the global requirements. Under the direction of Steve Moore, CEO, the company has also bolstered its UK management team by introducing two new members to its senior management team and reorganising the structure of the company.
 
Rostima’s flagship software - Enterprise Plus - incorporates workforce planning, optimised scheduling, time and attendance. Rostima Enterprise Plus is a central tool which can be integrated into other applications. The configurability of the software enables the user to increase productivity, improve profitability and enhance operational efficiency by matching workload to staff resources.
 
Once Rostima’s software has been deployed, it not only abolishes regional differences between sites scheduling, but also helps alleviate operational inconsistencies across locations with similar square footage and staff headcount. The software provides a single location to monitor the scheduling, thus eliminating the previous manual process and centralising all information to give consistency and transparency across the operational base.
 
The end user challenge is to improve staff efficiencies across the organisation, cut the amount of time spent on administration and work as effectively as possible as a team in order to meet targets.
